we can't train anyone right now that doesn't mean we wont take apprentices just that we can't babysit anyone, we want someone to be able to read drawings and have commonsense to do a good job the first time.

welders
be able to:
arc weld 7018 rod
mig weld without excessive spatter
follow directions
tig weld aluminum and ss
keep bearing surfaces clean while welding
run a propane and liquid oxygen torch

machinists
primarily manual lathe however there will need to be odd jobs done such as running a saw, shipping receiving, running a press, or pushing buttons on cnc lathes and mills.


there will be a test for both machinists and welders who look to apply
